I’m buying a new panel and it comes with a free month of Surety Complete. I don’t need Surety Complete and would like to select a lower plan. How can I change my plan?
All new panels include 1 free month of Surety Complete, which is our most feature-filled plan. This is to make sure that your free month includes cameras and home automation devices in case you have them.
You can change your plan any time, even immediately after you start your free month of Surety Complete. As long as you change your plan before your next payment date then you will not be charged for Surety Complete.
To change your plan, use System Manager.
Your next payment date is shown on the Subscriptions page when logged into suretyhome.com.
