Cannot Connect to Cell Phone Provider

I just got my IQPanel 4. I have very weak cell phone signal in the area. Verizon gets 1 bar, but I am showing 0 bars on IQ Panel. I ran the cellular test from Advanced Settings and got “Cellular radio test has timed out”. I have account created on Suretyhome and Alarm.com.

What options do I have?

The first step would be to make sure your panel is on the most recent firmware. Panels do not ship with 4.4.1 yet, so please use the steps below to update your firmware.

After is there any change in cell connectivity?

Hey Jason. Yes, this looks better, I can now check the Cellular and Wifi connectivity. So I have my alarm.com account setup, and I see notifications on it for events. How do I verify if I am professionally monitored at this point?
