Can The default Monitoring Center Producres be changed?

Hello as i able to set up to where the monitoring center calls me before dispatching on Fire alarm or Co Alarm ?

Some monitoring procedures can be changed to a certain extent, but there are restrictions in some cases. Procedure changes can be requested by sending a private message to our support team.

For residential fire alarms, changes can be made to the account procedures. The call order, including when dispatch occurs, can be adjusted in the System Manager section of your Surety account. If there is another procedure you want followed, or you want the fire alarm procedures to be different from burglary alarms, please send us a private message.

Commercial fire alarms require the fire department to be dispatched first, and this generally cannot be changed without approval from the local fire marshal.

For carbon monoxide alarms, dispatch is made in all cases and cannot be halted or cancelled by users for safety reasons. For residential locations, operators will call the premise number first, if there is one on the account, and advise anyone on site to leave and wait for the fire department. The fire department will still be dispatched, even if that first call is answered.
