Can’t see Z-wave doors in alarm.com

Hi! I just installed 2 Schlage BE469 locks to my system. Everything went fine and they work on the panel (IQ4)but I do not see them on alarm.com to control them remotely. Any ideas how to fix that? Thanks!

They should show up eventually but you can force it with System Manager. There is a button to send Z-Wave devices to Alarm.com.

Thanks for your reply. I tried what you said and waited a bit but I don’t see any changes. Still not showing on alarm.com or in the app. I assume I should have a tile with locks so I can lock/unlock from the app right? Any other suggestions or I just have to wait for the system to sync?

Which plan do you have? You need Surety Home or Surety Complete for Alarm.com to show locks.

That was it! I had surety protect but upgraded to complete and the locks showed up immediately. Mystery solved. I never even thought of that. Thanks for your help!!
