I have my IQ4 Panel hardwired with Ethernet. I have to turn off wifi so that the ethernet works as you can’t have both wifi and ethernet.
Now there is a constant alert with a red exclamation point on the home page that states needs attention. The Cause is there is no wifi and it is alerting me to this.
How do I clear this? Dual Path tests successful, and Ethernet settings states connected and has internet.
If not would this be considered a bug?
Is the software update icon always there regardless if you are on the most current version?
What are Smart Devices? It’s showing that error as well and I don’t know what it is or how to turn it off
Sure would be nice to have wifi and ethernet at the same time as another suggestion.
Pings via cell and via dual-path (ethernet) are successful at this time.

When powering up the panel for the first time after installing the IQ Card Ethernet, you may encounter a Wi-Fi Error on the System Check page of the Home screen. This is because the system is still set to send a warning message when wi-fi is down.
To resolve this, you will need to disable Wi-Fi Warning Messages in Dealer/Installer Settings of panel programming.

This would typically refer to connected Z-Wave devices.

I do wish it was possible to have one as a fallback for the other. This has been brought up with Qolsys as a feature update. Unclear if it is a hardware issue or a software issue.
