Question on 18 day charge

How do I get an answer?

Per our Terms and Conditions, monthly service payments run 10 days in advance of the due date to account for failed payments prior to scheduling cancellation.

Service began on 2/2/2023 and ran today 10 days in advance of the next months start date 3/2/2023

So what is the date of my next billing day?

Once set it would by default run automatically on the same date each month going forward. That would be the 20th if the renewal ran today.
