Is the beep occurring on the main panel or a secondary keypad?
If it is occurring on a secondary keypad, what model number is that keypad? If possible, please capture a video of the beep and send it to us via private message or email it to support@suretyhome.com
It looks like your system’s firmware is out of date. We recommend upgrading to the latest firmware version.
