Hello, one of my sensors fell off the door and triggered an alarm. The 30 second delay counted down and the siren went off. After about another 30 seconds, I was able to disarm the system. I have 24/7 professional monitoring, however, no one reached out to me while the siren was going off. Luckily this was a false alarm, but in the event that a real break-in occurred, shouldn’t someone have reached out/sent dispatch?
The last alarm event I see in your history was a pending alarm, meaning dialer delay is active on the system, and you disarmed the panel within the dialer delay period.
When this happens, no signal is forwarded to the monitoring station.
