The ADC-V622 is a wide-angle camera, designed for high-end residential video monitoring. Covering a full 180° view, users can monitor large areas without having to purchase multiple cameras. With a simple button push on top of the camera, a user can initiate a video and Two-Way Audio call with the Alarm.com app.

Installation and Setup

Flashing blue.png WPS Mode To enter WPS mode, push the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to WPS Mode. See the instructions above to add the camera to your router and account using WPS mode.
Flashing white.png AP Mode To enter AP mode, push the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to Access Point Mode. See the instructions above to add the camera to your router and account using AP mode.
Flashing yellow.png Bluetooth pairing To pair with Bluetooth, push the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to Bluetooth mode.
Flashing red and green.png Factory Reset Caution: This restores factory-default settings to the camera. If already installed, the camera may need to be removed from the Alarm.com account and re-added after a factory reset. To perform a factory reset, push the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to the Factory Reset option. Follow the audio prompts to initiate a Factory Reset.

Troubleshooting

Unable to connect the camera to the account

If there are issues connecting the camera to the account, power cycle the camera.

  • If using the AC adapter, unplug the power jack from the camera and then plug it back in to restore power.
  • If using PoE, unplug the Ethernet jack from the camera and then plug it back in to restore power.

If issues persist, try resetting the camera to factory default settings. To perform a factory reset:

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Use the Volume buttons to scroll to the Factory Reset option.
  3. Follow the audio prompts to initiate a Factory Reset. Once complete, the camera reboots with factory default settings. If the camera was previously installed on an Alarm.com account, it must be deleted before it can be installed again. Cameras are deleted from the Settings section under the Video tab in Alarm.com.
