Adding Video Doorbell to Panel

Our video doorbell shows up on alarm.com app but isn’t showing up on our hallway panel.

When trying to add device on the panel, it says it should show up when added to the monitoring system.

What should we do?

That is possible with your panel but you need to set it up through Alarm.com once the doorbell is connected to the Alarm.com account.

To enable live stream to the panel using the Alarm.com mobile app

  1. Log into the mobile app
  2. Tap Menu
  3. Tap Security System or Video .
  4. Tap Settings Gear
  5. Tap Stream Video to Panel .
  6. Enable desired cameras.
  7. Tap Save . Allow a few minutes for the settings to save to the panel. The panel may need to be power cycled.
