I was working on my porch today and removed my doorbell so it would stop sending notifications.
When I removed it I noticed the battery was bulging out if the case.
Are replacement batteries available or am I sol since im a few mounts after the 1 year warranty?
The battery is not replaceable/meant to be removed. There is a heating element that wraps around the battery and removing that white label will tear it.
Looks like you purhcased this through Surety, correct? Can you private message us a few different photos/angles of the issue, I can pass them on to ADC to see if there is anything do to assist outside of the warranty period.
