To confirm, what is the name of the camera in programming?
Power cycle the camera, leave it off for about 5 minutes, the re-apply power. Any change? If you have a compatible 12v power supply, try this as well.
Otherwise, you may need to factory reset the camera, delete it from Alarm.com, then reconnect. Steps on how to Factory Reset the camera can be found here.
