ADC-VC727P not connecting

Ok so I bought a ADC-VC726 and tried to connect it and I’m having the same issue as before of it not being recognized and being unable to add the device

Is camera new or used?

Have you factory reset the camera?

When I type in the MAC address manually it matches the device but is unable to connect to it.

What error do you receive when trying to connect?

bought a new router thinking it could be that, still an issue

I am showing 2 other cameras connected and they respond to pings successfully. Were they connected without issue on the last router?

Upgraded my service to 10 devices, still an issue.

Currently, your plan supports up to 10 cameras, but only two are connected. Increasing camera support is unnecessary to resolve a camera connection issue, unless the issue is you are out of your allowed allotment of cameras.
