Here’s a pic of my panel. I have successfully paired the RTS to the panel before but when I select them to link to a thermostat for temp averaging it never saves the setting and it also messes up the schedule set points. Thanks again for all of the follow up you guys are a huge help.
That looks like it is indeed a GC2 (has symbols under the button) so the RTS would be supported. It may be an issue of Z-wave communication with the RTS and Thermostat. Your dealer may be able to assist with checking if your Z-wave network shows failed commands or other comm problems.
