Hey there,

Found this post (Changes to Alarm Monitoring Procedure for Abort Signals I would like to require the confirmation even when abort is received for my panel that is in transit. Do I need to wait til it is set up to request this or can someone go ahead and add that if I contact support? Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you

In order for us to implement a change we will need the account to be activated, then just reach out per the info in that link. Send us a private message or an email to support@suretyhome.com and we can set the account to not disregard on abort signals.
