@home.mustang I had the same issue with my GC3e Series and I found out it’s because you have to use the eSeries numbers. You have the 0862 - 2GIG Thin Door/Window Contact instead of the 2862 - eSeries Thin Door/Window Contact. You can see the eSeries on your boxes as well. Hope this helps as it took me over a week to find a post on another forum to fix this.
It looks like you are referencing the original issue in the thread? That’s a good catch and I think that might have caused some confusion with the original issue. There were signaling problems with the old TAKE (non-encrypted). The user does have those equipment codes correct currently.
