I’m trying to connect zwave switches to my IQ4 panel and am having trouble. I am following the posted tutorial How to add/remove zwave devices and run rediscovery. I do not find the “installation” icon on my panel after entering the installer code. Any thoughts how to resolve? Thanks

That means you are not entering the installer code.
Your panel master user code is likely what you are entering. That code can disarm the system and does not access installer menus.
The default installer code is 1111. You can reset it remotely in the system manager here if you have changed it and aren’t certain what it currently is.
