I have 2 ZWave locks which have disappeared from my Alarm.com app and web portal.
How do I add them back and what could be causing this?
I am not seeing a Surety subscription linked to your username. Do you use Surety as your service provider?
If you use Surety as your service provider, can you send a private message from the user linked to the account or send a private message confirming the name and address.
If you use another company as your provider, be sure to reach out to verify whether they made any plan changes.
Steps to add or check your devices on your panel will depend on the model of alarm panel you are using. Are you able to confirm the locks are visible on the panel still?
