ZWave Devices Disconnect

I am showing several Z-Wave devices reporting a Malfunction, indicating they are having trouble communicating with the panel.

Steps on how to resolve a malfunction can be found here

To resolve, try the following:

  • Verify the device is powered on
  • Activate the Z-Wave device locally to get it to communicate with the panel.
  • Run a Z-Wave Network Rediscovery
  • Should those not resolve the issue, you may need to Remove/Clear the Z-Wave device from the panel’s network, then Add/Pair it back with the network. After doing this for all devices, run a Z-Wave Network Rediscovery.
