ZAC3LR valve low battery

Hi…I just installed ZAC36LR automated valve. Everything is reading correctly. Except it keep giving low battery warning. Running latest firmware for both panel and valve. Does anyone know why there a battery warning.

Are you still experiencing that trouble condition? I show that the valve does not have any active troubles in Alarm.com.

Yes…the error is showing on the health check and the screensaver.

Oh I just want to make sure you are looking at the right house. I have 2 with Surety.

Do you have the backup battery for the Titan in your setup?

No I do not. I have the same system at another place as well without the backup battery. It is not giving me the low battery warning.

It looks like the other location had the same issue and required an update from the valve manufacturer based on this thread:

Are the same steps available on this valve?

Yes my experience from the previous location required an update. I updated to firmware 2.1 from Zoos (latest software) and the Panel is running the latest 4.6.1.

I am not aware of other reports of the issue specifically on that firmware combination, but multiple users have reported this behavior in the past for that model. I can dismiss the trouble condition on the Alarm.com side, however it would remain on the panel unless the battery pack is used or if troubleshooting has an impact.

Would you like me to dismiss this condition in Alarm.com?

Try powering off the panel and Z-wave valve. Power up the valve, then power up the panel.

Wait a few minutes then try activating the valve. Any difference or does the issue return?
