Z-wave door sensors are not supported. It looks like you have a 319 version of the panel, so check the PowerG and 319.5Mhz sections of the page linked below.
The most recent compatibility list comes from Qolsys and reflects the IQ Panel 2 firmware version 2.6.0.
The below list applies to IQ Panel 2+ software version 2.5.1 and higher.
