Z-wave sensors are not compatible with any Alarm.com system. Z-wave is used for automation purposes only, not security monitoring.
What model of Z-wave device are you adding?
i have iq panel 2+ and i try to add a ecolink z-wave sensor.

Z-wave door sensors are not supported. It looks like you have a 319 version of the panel, so check the PowerG and 319.5Mhz sections of the page linked below.

Yes, your system would support both the PowerG devices and the QS1135-840. Either would be an option.
