I have two issues: triggering a Z Wave rediscovery and moving my AC from 2 zone to 1 zone.
For the Z Wave rediscovery, after googling and perusing the forums, I wasn’t able to find a way to trigger the Z Wave Network to rediscover its nodes (I just added a repeater and want to get it in the network stat).
For the AC, due to external factors, we had to move our AC from a 2 zone system to a 1 zone system. We have one of the thermostats set up to be the controller for that zone. But we’d like to keep the other thermostat involved (and able to change the temperature). Is there a way to do that? I couldn’t find anything.
Happy to help! The Concord 4 has some Z-wave limitations given the simple board controls, we need to send the rediscovery. I’ve sent a network rediscovery command to your system now, allow about 10-20 minutes for that to complete.
For the thermostats, I would recommend consulting an HVAC specialist for sure, but it is my understanding that this is not recommended. Running two thermostats on a single zone has a number of issues, and independently calling for two different scenarios from parallel thermostats can result in greatly accellerated wear and tear as well as blown fuses or other damage.

For the Z Wave, We’re having an issue with a Deako smart switch in our garage not connecting to the system and have tried to put a AEOTec extender right next to the garage-to-interior door. I’m going to delete and re-add the smart switch. Can you send another rediscovery command, please? Do you have any advice for a fix if that doesn’t work?

Ah, Deako is a wifi device, it does not communicate with Z-wave. It doesn’t actually pair to the panel at all, the Deako switches connect to your Alarm.com account via your local wifi network and internet connection without going through the rest of the alarm system.
The Z-wave extender would not improve the Deako signaling at all. Are you having trouble controlling that Deako switch from the app?

To remove a Z-Wave device from the Concord 4:
Locate the Alarm.com module.
Press and hold the red button on the module, and watch the L5 LED.
Release the button once the L5 LED flashes in a 4-flash pattern. This indicates add mode.
Press and hold the red button on the module a second time, once again watching the L5 LED .
Release the button once the L5 LED flashes in a 2-flash pattern to indicate it is in delete mode.
Trigger the thermostat exclusion steps to erase its network data and delete it from the network. Looks like you are working with a T3000, correct? On the thermostat:
Press the - button.
Select SETTINGS.
Select NETWORK.
Select REMOVE.
When the device is deleted successfully, the L5 LED remains solid for 60 seconds and the panel beeps.
