I had 3 Yale Assure locks on my system, and yesterday I noticed that they disappeared from the App. So I logged into the website, and they were not there either.
Why would this happen?
Looking into systems event history it would appear that there was a power failure on the 28th around 3:08 your time which may have cause the z-wave equipment list to be deleted from your panel.
Looks like 6 z-wave nodes (3,4,5,6,7,16) were all removed due to this power failure.
-Are the z-wave devices still enrolled at the panel -or- are they gone from there as well?
-If they aren’t, you’ll need to remove the devices from the z-wave network and re-add them to the panel. Was this successful?
