Z-wave lock malfunction

When I login to my account, it says “Front Door - Malfunction” However, nothing seems to be wrong with my system. I replaced batteries on my kwikset front door lock, I replaced the battery on my front door sensor. All seems to be working correctly, but I still receive the error. Can you help? Thanks!

The malfunction is occurring with your z-wave front door lock.
Try running a Network Rediscovery to clear this notification, if that does not work you may need to remove and re-add the door lock. Any change?

Thanks. When I was out of town for the holidays the batteries died on the kwikset lock. I replaced when I got home and appeared to be working fine.

I did the network rediscovery on the qolsys panel and it did resolve the issue. Thanks for the help!
