I have a few z-wave devices (light, thermometers) which show up on the IQ-2 panel, but not in alarm.com interface.
I am on “Surety Protect” plan. Do I need to switch to “Surety Complete”?
That is correct. The Surety Protect service plan does not allow for the control of home automation devices through Alarm.com. The Surety Complete plan would be necessary to use your currently connected devices through ADC.
Changes to your service plan are made through the System Manager feature of your Surety account.
This process can be done at anytime.
