2 of my 3 Z-Wave switches are not showing up under Lights/Switches on alarm.com. The z-wave devices in question have been configured in my system since it was set up. They are listed on alarm.com as “z-wave devices” but they can not be controlled.
What models of Zwave light switch are they? I have seen this error due to Zwave devices not fully supported by the controller or a malfunction of communication between the controller and ADC.
Have you tried re-learning one of the devices?
I removed the devices from panel and relearned them. Now they’re showing up on alarm.com as they should be. Thanks for the suggestion!
