Z wave hook up to IQ2

Is the Schlage FE599 lock compatible with the IQ2 controller? Cant get it to hookup.

That model is found on the compatible device list from Qolsys.

If it was previously enrolled on a different controller it needs to be cleared first. You can do this from the IQ Panel.
