Z-wave device support, such as smoke/co detectors

I have existing z-wave smoke/co detectors (first alert). Can these be added & monitored by “alarm.com”? If yes, then which plan (surety alarm, surety home, …)?

Z-wave security and life safety sensors are not supported by the alarm panels or by Alarm.com.

For smoke detectors, you would need models that are compatible with your panel’s sensor radio.

For example, if you have an IQ Panel 4 with PowerG and 319.5Mhz radio, you could use an IQ Smoke Detector, or a PowerG smoke detector.

Fire monitoring is not limited by plan. It is a part of all plans that aren’t video only.
