Z-Wave Communication Issues

I was just wondering if there is anything that you guys or alarm.com could do remotely to somehow restart the modules Z-Wave network or something? I’m not sure if it’s normal for this to happen or not but sometimes when I use the app to turn on/off a light it will be nearly instantaneous, but sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds. Just wondering if there is anyway to make the devices always come on quickly.


We have run a network rediscovery and your z-wave devices appear to be communicating as expected. Due to the nature of cellular communication, some lag is expected between sending a command remotely and said command triggering your z-wave device.
