Yale YRD216 zwave lock status sync

I have a Yale YRD 216 zwave locked successfully registered with my IQpanel2.

When this lock is opened or closed using the keypad, the status in IQPanel2 or the alarm.com app does not change. Please let me know if this is a limitation or if there is a workaround.

I’m not aware of any such limitation with that model. For troubleshooting, first run through the steps here:

If the lock status is not updating in Alarm.com or is incorrect, try the following troubleshooting steps: Verify the lock is using high-quality, name-brand batteries, such as Energizer or Duracell. Generic batteries may not read back the proper status because they use up all of their power locking/unlocking the lock. Verify if the lock status is accurate with the door open.
