help me!!!
Firstly, I’ve installed a Yale YDM 4109 and foggoten the master code. I had removed the batteries and then remove the inside escutcheon but cannot find the reset button. And the second problem is when I touch the keypad with my palm, the door doesn’t lock.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Does the deadbolt react at all when touching the screen? Have you replaced the batteries?

This is actually biometric mortise cylinder lock which is not Alarm.com compatible and not one we sell, support, or are familiar with unfortunately. In fact it appears this model is largely sold in Asia.
You’ll want to contact your vendor where the lock was purchased for any instructions on a reset.

By the way, I saw that Gateman F50 has the same design and usage as Yale YDR 4110 but the prices of them are different, are they the same producer? And there’s a reset button in the front body of Yale lock, what is it for?
hey Jason, I’ve just called for after-sale service, he said that he couldn’t reset the lock to the factory default. and he had to send my lock to the factory to reset T-T.
