I bought a Yale zwave lock but it does not provide an enrollment option.
I enter the master code, then 7, then my only option is 3 (unenroll).
When installing Zwave equipment it is common that they have been tested in manufacturing. Zwave devices, unlike security sensors, are linked to one network when enrolled and must be removed prior to use with another network.
Use the Remove Device function first, then add the device.
