Wrong plan being added to the cart with Panel purchase

Hi

I am buying the panel and my first sensors and getting the plan set up automatically (with the free month) but the wrong one.

I want to sign up for the Surety Alarm plan, which is $19 a month, but the checkout says that I have to pay $22 a month for some reason ($17 free trial of HOME plus $5 monitoring).

How can I get the right plan in the cart? Thanks.

The panel comes with a free month of Surety Home, that can’t be edited in the cart.

However, if you do not wish to use the Home plan going forward that’s not an issue.

Once you have the panel and have completed activation on our website you can change your plan around at any time in the Surety System Manager. You can change it right after activation if you wish. Changes made in the System Manager take effect immediately on the account.
