I noticed the Qolysis Glass break sensors have been out of stock for a bit, are they expected to replenish stock, or can you recommend an alternative?
As a heads up, you can purchase the sensor from someone else and use it with your system.
That is correct, you do not need to purhcase compatible equipment through Surety in order to use it with service.
It looks like the QS1431-840 319.5MHz Glass Break is on back order from the manufacturer. While we do not have an exact ETA it may not be until the end of November. However, other dealers online may have stock still.
A list of Qolsys compatible sensors can be found in the below guide. Not all sections in the guide will be relevant to each Qolsys panel. If you have an IQ Panel 4 IQP4001 for example, the 319.5Mhz and PowerG sections would be relevant.
