Wired motion sensor question

Hi,

I have one of the wired motion sensor (Kitchen Motion Detector) connected to the Hardwire 16F panel that is not being triggered anymore.

The last time it had activity was 03/02 (Saturday). There has been no changes to any of the hardware or the setting lately. I checked the Hardwire panel and do not see any loose wires.
When I look at the motion sensor, I see that the indicator light turns red when there’s movement in the area.

Can you help how to troubleshoot this problem?

If no other changes have occurred I would first remove, cut and expose fresh wire, then re-attach the sensor circuit to the hardwire 16F. Any change in behavior?

When you pull the wires, does the Hardwire report that zone open?
