Wired Glass Break Sensor to PowerG Hardwire alarms every night same time

I’m new to Surety, Alarm.com and my system. My house was initially wired with 8 glass break sensors to a Neo Panel. I’ve switched them over to a PowerG Hardwire with IQ Panel 4. Each of these 8 sensors are wired to an individual zone. I have one sensor that is triggering every 24 hours at exactly 10:40pm every night. I’m guessing there’s some sort of check-in that is happening but I don’t really know how to diagnose this. Any ideas of what could cause an alarm to fire at the same time every day like this?

What zone is the one you are referencing? Is it Zone 12? I am seeing that activate with pending alarms more frequently than that, but it is the one that seems to be activating around that time.

What model of glass break is that?

Is the sensor powered off of the PowerG Hardwire? Can you post a photo of your wiring?

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the response. I actually have a suspicion it had to do with the fact that I had a different sensor that wasn’t properly wired when I enrolled the devices. I’ve re-wired that one and re-enrolled everything and am going to give it a go tonight. If I’m still having trouble I’ll try and drum up some more information for you.

Thanks for being there!
