Hi, I’m looking for a shock sensor for a fixed pane. I couldn’t find anything in the store, but my research suggests that my options are the Honeywell 5819S, 5819WHS or 5800SS1. Is that correct?

Yes, for a 345Mhz panel like the GC3, those models should be fine. The 5800SS1 is designed for mounting right on the glass. The 5819S goes on the frame, also has open/close functions.
That’s very useful information. Would you say that the 5800SS1 is more reliable because it’s mounted on the glass?
Not necessarily, though the on-glass model is better suited to large windows which do not open (covers up to 10 feet on a single glass window, and the 5819S is better for sliding windows or doors.
