Will Networx NX-8v2 with NX-590e work with Alarm.com?

Hello,

I have a Networx NX-8v2 with an NX-590e TCP/IP communicator module. Can I use the NX-590e with Surety/Alarm.com?

If so, how do I get past the IMEI field on activation?

After extensive searching, I read that it is compatible with Alarm.com but the IMEI field on my Surety myAccount page is a reequired field for activation.

All Alarm.com alarm system accounts require a cellular primary connection. Dual path modules allow for concurrent broadband signaling, but you cannot sign up with just an IP communicator.

Do you have an NX-590E or NX-592E?

The NX-592E-LTE-ZX-VZ is a model number of a dual path module for the NX which is Alarm.com compatible, but it is no longer manufactured. The NX-592E is specifically the gateway module which the Alarm.com LTE board connects to.

The LTE module portion is available in the NX-410-US-VZ-LTEUP
