Why do police still get dispatched?

Records indicate that you have special instructions on your account to disregard the default monitoring procedure for Burglary.

Looks like this was put in place per request some time ago (Nov '21) and is as follows:

For Burglary:

  1. Dispatch Police Agency
  2. Call 2-Way, Call Premise
  3. Call Remaining Contact(s)

For Fire:

  1. Dispatch Fire Agency
  2. Call 2-Way, Call Premise
  3. Call Remaining Contact(s)

Additionally, 2-Way is not currently enabled on your account and you have no cell contacts listed to be called before Fire/Police. All contacts are listed to be called after dispatch.

You can make 2-way and contact changes in the System Manager section of your Surety account.

However, special instructions cannot be added/removed in that manner. We would need to adjust that for you by request. Do you want to remove the above special instructions?
