Hi, Can you please explain why my front door triggered an alarm? As I understand it, I should of had 30 seconds to get to the panel to disable the alarm.

While Delay is indeed set to 30 seconds, the panel was Armed Away No Entry Delay. This would be the reason the sensor tripped the alarm without giving you time to reach the panel.
There’s a checkbox on the mobile app when arming for No Entry Delay and it was most likely pressed accidentally when arming.
