I am purchasing the 2gig power supply for a 2gig Gocontrol panel, which is the correct wire to use for this? I’ll probably run it about 10-12 feet, the power that came with the panel isn’t long enough.
18awg is what the 2GIG manual directs you to use, but for a length that short 22awg will work as well.
18/2 or 18/4 unshielded
The wire that came with panel was courtesy of Surety. Usually the panel and TS1 do not include wire
The newer CP21 panels and TS1’s allow for barrel plug wiring of the transformer also. 2GIG-AC2
