I am using the Qolsys IQ 4 panel and just after making the switch to Surety, I am noticing the weather widget no longer appears on the panel. Is there a way to get this widget back on the panel? Please help. Thanks.
Weather to the panel is a feature included in the Home and Complete plans. It looks like you currently use the Alarm plan which does not include weather features.
If you need to update your plan, you can do so at any time in the system manager here.
