Weather not updating on IQ 4

Hello. I have a strange issue.
I have two IQ4 panels in my home - one is the “production” IQ4 for my actual home, and the other is on my “test bench”.

On my ‘production’ panel, the weather is inaccurate. It shows yesterday’s forecast as today’s forecast, and when I touch the weather icon, the multi-day forecast only shows the bogus card for today, with no weather for the next 2 days.

However, on my test panel, I see accurate weather for today, and I see the forecast for the next two days as it should.

I tried rebooting the production panel, and also performed the cellular and dual path tests and they all passed, yet I can’t get the weather to update. Is there any way to force a refresh of weather data?

My wife noticed since the panel says “chance of thunderstorms” but actually there are none forecasted for today!

Thank you

I’ve received multiple reports of this issue today, and I’ve also experienced it on my panel. I’ve sent commands to refresh the weather on your panel. Please let us know if that updated the weather on your side.

I’ll reach out to Alarm.com tomorrow to see if they have any more information on what happened.

Yes weather is working now. Thank you.

Hello. I just saw Gal’s posting about weather and realized I have an issue again as well.

[I had issues with weather updating this past week and you guys refreshed my panel and it updated. ]

However now, I have inaccurate weather… I have two IQ4 systems at the same address (one home and one for my test bench) and they somehow show different weather forecasts.? My home one says ‘chance of thunderstorms’ and the test panel says “Mostly Sunny” ? I honestly don’t know which one is correct.

Far from urgent… I just wanted you to know something is still going regarding weather updates.

Thanks

I’ve sent commands to update the weather on your home system. Has anything changed on that one?

Thank you. Yes. Both panels match now. And the thunderstorm is gone. :sunglasses:

I appreciate it.
