My 2gig panel stopped displaying weather forecast’s.
Not sure about alerts since I have not had any severe weather
It looks like your account was converted to a special type of commercial account a while back to give you access to the commercial arming supervision feature. That service level doesn’t include weather to panel so it had to be added manually. I just added it for you, so you should be good to go now.
