My quolsys IQ panel 2 is not showing the right weather. It’s more like 85 degrees here. Alarm.com and Surety both have the right address for my home. Rebooting the panel didn’t help.

It looks like you are on the Alarm plan through Surety, weather forecast to the panel is not included in the Alarm plan. Current data is not being sent by ADC.
Any forecast info on the panel would be stale data. Weather to the panel is included in Home and Complete plans.
If you would like to enable this feature, visit the system manager here where you can adjust your plan type at any time!

Per Qolsys, it does not look like this can be removed from programming either locally or programming through alarm.com. They mentioned this is active since you had a previous account with the weather activated but cannot be removed now unless you perform a factory default of the panel.
