How quickly after a Tornado Warning is issued should ADC push the warning to the IQ 4? On Monday morning I had a Tornado Warning. The Emergency Alert System was activated at 8:17AM EDT. The IQ 4 did not show a Tornado Warning until 8:41AM EDT. The Tornado Warning lasted until 9:00AM EDT.
Looking into this for you, it appears this is on ADC. They show the NWS alert received 3/16/2026 8:16:00AM but in your event history I see that panel message timestamp was sent at 8:41.
I’m reaching out to ADC to investigate what happened and why that was delayed.

Alarm.com reps that I spoke to did not find any obvious cause for this behavior, they have started an investigation with the engineering team.
I don’t have an ETA on a follow up, but they will be contacting us with an update as soon as they get more info.
