Hello, I have Surety Complete, and am trying to integrate a Moen Flo, however I do not seem to have “Water Valves and Meters” available to me to add that. I have attempted to remove / re-add that in the account manager, but it still doesn’t show up. Any thoughts about what I might be doing wrong?

Below is a link with more information on this. You actually need the Water management which is included in Surety Complete and you also need the Water Management Plus($2/month).

I’ve added the Water Management Plus add-on to your account per your request. You should now see the option to add the Moen Flo to your Alarm.com account.
