In the alarm.com app, when I look at the Water card for my ADC-SWM15 smart water meter/valve, I see blue or red lines which I’m assuming are reported water volume flow measurements. There is also a continuous black line in both day and week reports – what is that?
Also, I think the “Total” usage is straightforward to interpret, but what is “Average”? I’m assuming there is some documentation on the water card that I didn’t manage to find…

The solid wavy line is your average usage line. This shows the average amount of water you use in that given period. This is contrasted with the bar chart showing the true usage for that particular period. With both you can see how much you use on average in a week or particular day, and see how much at a glance you’ve gone over or under.
Jason, thanks. I’m confused by that wavy line because on August 28 it’s quite high between midnight and 4 AM (when I’m not using much water) while on August 27 it’s zero during that same time period. Is the black wavy line giving an average for that time of day or for that time of day and day of the week?
