Is there anything I need to do with the GC3 to make sure that my settings are cleared and someone else can use it after I sell it on ebay? I tried following instructions I found to factory reset it by holding in both buttons but every time it gets to “reset activated” it then says “reset removed” and boots up with all of my previous settings. I have programmer setting Q2 set to Disabled and Q3 set to allow reset of all defaults.

Should the hard reset not work you can always use the Restore Defaults feature to factory default Zones, Users, Etc.
From the hone screen press System Settings -> enter installer code -> Installer Toolbox -> Restore Defaults. A menu will appear with a list of items to default (you’ll likely want to select everything, Zones, Console, Users, Z-Wave and Network.) After making your selections, click Restore Defaults. The panel will restart and you should see the desired changes. Any Change?
Additionally, Records indicate that the cellular module has indeed been unregistered and is ready for use with another provider.
